Shipments and returns

Pack Shipment

The purchased products will be sent via DHL courier with tracking and delivery with required signature.

Alternatively, only for small products purchased, you can pick up directly at our office in Milan.

Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and volume of the shipment. It is recommended to group all the items in an unique order.
It is not possible to combine two separate orders, carried out separately, so for each of it will be applied the shipping costs. 
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items will always be well protected.
